Ingredients

- Water: 50 ml
- Sugar: 20 g
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt: 450 g
- Honey: to taste
- Muesli: 100 g
- For garnish: fresh mint leaves and a few fresh berries
This mixed berry parfait is a quick and easy recipe, perfect for any occasion: from breakfast to a healthy snack, or even as a light dessert for your guests.
The combination is simple but always works: creamy Greek yogurt, a touch of honey, crunchy muesli, and the freshness of mixed berries and mint.

Mixed berry and greek yogurt parfait
Prepare the berry coulis
Place the Asiago Food frozen mixed berries in a small saucepan with the water and sugar. Cook for about 5 minutes until the fruit has softened.
Briefly blend the mixture and then pass it through a sieve to obtain a smooth, velvety sauce.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a splash of cold water, add it to the coulis, and return to the heat for a couple of minutes until it has slightly thickened.
Pour the berry coulis into small glasses or bowls (filling them about one-third full) and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the yogurt and assemble
Meanwhile, mix the greek yogurt with honey until smooth and creamy.
Take the glasses out of the fridge and add a layer of yogurt over the fruit base. Top with your favorite muesli.
Garnish each portion with a few fresh berries and a mint leaf.
