Ingredients

  • 200 g Asiago Food frozen pitted cherries
  • 4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 small pitted dates
  • 250 ml milk (or almond or oat drink, or alternatively, yogurt)
  • Toasted almonds for topping

Preparation

Pour the frozen cherries, milk, cocoa, and dates into the blender. If the dates are a bit too firm, you can soak them in the milk for about ten minutes or chop them into pieces before blending.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass and finish with a handful of toasted almonds on top.
