Ingredients
Cauliflower 66%, batter 18% (water, corn flour, wheat flour, corn starch, salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; thickeners: xanthan gum, methylcellulose; sugar, wheat starch, salt), breadcrumbs 16% (wheat flour, salt, turmeric, brewer’s yeast, paprika). May contain traces of soybeans, celery, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
Deep fryer: pour frozen product into hot oil at 180 °C and fry for 4-5 minutes. Before serving, lay the vegetables on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil. Add salt to taste. The fried product, if cold, can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes thus regaining its fragrance.
