Ingredients
Water, legumes 32% (chickpeas, borlotti beans), cereals 11% (emmer wheat, barley), carrots, onion, olive oil, potatoes, celery, salt, natural flavor, garlic, pepper. May contain traces of soy, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a pot: pour the contents of the bag into a pot or saucepan and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the soup from sticking to the bottom.
In the microwave: cook the product in a microwave-safe container, preferably covered, for 4-5 minutes at 650W, taking care to stir a couple of times, stopping and restarting cooking.
You may want to taste before serving to make sure the degree of cooking matches your taste. If you like, serve this soup adding a pinch of freshly ground pepper and sprinkle of grated cheese.
