They can be prepared in the oven, without any additional oil, and ready to serve in just 20 minutes. For a quicker option, fry them in hot oil for about 4 minutes or use an air fryer until they reach the desired level of crispiness. Ingredients
Vegetables in varying proportions 54% [carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, red peppers, artichokes (acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid)], batter 27% (water, corn flour, wheat flour, corn starch, wheat starch, salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; thickeners: xanthan gum, methylcellulose; sugar), breadcrumbs 7% (wheat flour, salt, brewer’s yeast, turmeric, paprika), sunflower oil, salt. May contain traces of soybeans, celery, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a fan-assisted oven (preheated to 220 °C – 428 °F): place the frozen product on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cook for 18-20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Deep fryer: pour the frozen product into hot oil at 180 °C (356 °F) and fry for 4-5 minutes. Before serving, lay the vegetables on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil. Add salt to taste.
