Ingredients
Rehydrated chickpeas 30% (dried chickpeas, water, salt), spinach 13%, chard, sunflower seed oil, oat flakes 6%, wheat starch, onion, breadcrumbs (type 0 wheat flour, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour), water, olive oil, potato, spinach powder 1%, natural flavor (contains soy, celery), yeast extract, vegetable fiber, salt, thickener: xanthan gum. May contain traces of mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a frying pan: lay the frozen burgers on a nonstick pan and cook them over medium heat for about 3 minutes total, turning them halfway through cooking.
In the oven (preheated to 180 °C): place the frozen burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 5 minutes or until they reach the desired level of browning.
