Ingredients
Water, black kale (9%), rehydrated chickpeas (9%), rehydrated cannellini beans (9%), potatoes, carrots, olive oil, cauliflower, celery, onion, salt, natural flavors. May contain traces of gluten, soy, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a pot: pour the contents of the bag into a pot or saucepan and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the soup from sticking to the bottom.
In the microwave: cook the product in a microwave-safe container, preferably covered, for 4-5 minutes at 650W, taking care to stir a couple of times, stopping and restarting cooking.
You may want to taste before serving to make sure the degree of cooking matches your taste. Before serving, if you like, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and accompany the soup with croutons.
