Delightful porcini mushroom slices, lightly battered, pre-fried, and frozen. Ideal for a sophisticated and unique hors d'oeuvre.

To make our battered porcini mushrooms, we carefully hand-select the best mushrooms and slice them. We then coat them in a light and crispy batter to bring out their rich, earthy flavor. Quick-frozen to lock in freshness, they’re a delicious and elegant appetizer. In the oven, without added fats, they are ready in 18 minutes. Alternatively, you can fry them in hot oil for about 4 minutes, or even in an air fryer until golden brown. This product is perfect for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet. Contains 3 servings of approx 80 g.

Ingredients

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 54%, batter 27% (water, corn flour, wheat flour, corn starch, wheat starch, salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; thickeners: xanthan gum, methylcellulose; sugar), breadcrumbs 7% (wheat flour, salt, brewer’s yeast, turmeric, paprika), sunflower oil, salt. May contain traces of soybeans, celery, mustard.

Preparation

Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.

Fan-assisted oven (preheated to 220 °C – 428 °F): place the frozen product on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cook for 18 minutes.

Air fryer: place the frozen product in the basket and cook at 190 °C (374 °F) for approx. 13 minutes.

Fryer: deep-fry the frozen product at 180 °C (356 °F) for 4-5 minutes.

Add salt to taste.
