Cleaned mushrooms, cut into slices of equal thickness, frozen within a few hours of harvest using the IQF technique, and packaged in an elegant display case. Delicious and with an excellent yield in the dish, they are a precious ingredient that will be able to give your preparations the distinctive aroma of the forest: ideal accompaniment to meat and fish dishes, typical polenta-based recipes or as a condiment for risottos and tagliatelle. Also practical for garnishing pizzas, focaccias, lasagna, and pies.

Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group). May contain traces of gluten, soybeans, celery, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen porcini under running water, let them drain and use them in your recipes as you would with fresh mushrooms.
In a frying pan: brown two cloves of garlic in a little olive oil, pour in the porcini slices and cook over a high flame for 7 minutes or according to cooking preference, adding salt and pepper. Season to taste with chopped parsley or herbs of your choice to bring out full flavor.
