Tasty zucchini grown in Italy, harvested when perfectly ripe and immediately cleaned, sliced and grilled. Use them to accompany your main courses or to garnish pizzas, focaccias, bruschettas and pies. Excellent seasoned with a simple drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt and some chopped parsley.

Ingredients
Zucchini.
Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a fan-assisted oven: arrange the frozen zucchini on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, preventing the slices from overlapping, and bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
In a frying pan: arrange the frozen zucchini in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, or until desired, taking care to turn the slices occasionally.
In the microwave: place the frozen zucchini in a microwave-safe container, cover, and cook for about 2 minutes at 700W.
