As good as homemade because it is prepared with lots of vegetables and legumes, our velouté is a light and flavorful first course that the whole family will enjoy. Enjoy it on its own or make it even tastier with a handful of pumpkin seeds and some croutons. The handy format allows you to conveniently prepare just the quantity you want. Each package contains two servings.

Ingredients
Vegetables in varying proportions 50% (potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes, green beans, peas, zucchini, borlotti beans, celery, leek, cabbage, spinach, onion, parsley, basil), vegetable broth (water, salt, natural flavorings), olive oil, garlic, basil. May contain traces of gluten, soy, celery, mustard.
Substances or products that may cause allergies or intolerances are listed in bold letters in the ingredient list.
Vegetable-based food preparation. Quick-frozen.
Preparation
Cook thoroughly, boiling for at least 5 minutes before eating.
In a pot: pour the frozen product into a pot, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and cook, covered, over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the microwave: pour the frozen product into a microwave-safe container, cover and cook at 850W for approximately 8 minutes, being careful to stir halfway through and at the end of cooking.
Once cooked, let the soup sit for a few minutes to cool down a bit before serving. Top with croutons and a sprinkle of grated cheese, or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for added flavor.
