Ingredients
Cannellini beans, spelt 22%, bell peppers 19%, sunflower oil, quinoa 5%, breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, salt, paprika, turmeric, yeast), wheat starch, vegetable fibre, carrots, celery, onion, olive oil, natural flavouring, water, salt, thickener: xanthan gum. May contain soybeans and mustard.

Preparazione
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a frying pan: heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, place the frozen burgers inside, and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning them occasionally.
In an air fryer: place the frozen burgers in the basket and cook at 190°C (375°F) for about 10 minutes.
In a preheated fan-assisted oven (200°C / 392°F): place the frozen burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through. If using a conventional oven, extend the cooking time by an additional 5 minutes.
