Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group). May contain traces of gluten, soybeans, celery, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen porcini under running water, let them drain and use them in your recipes as you would with fresh mushrooms.
In a frying pan: brown two cloves of garlic in a little olive oil, pour in the porcini and cook over a high flame for 10 minutes or according to cooking preference, adding salt and pepper. Season to taste with chopped parsley or herbs of your choice to bring out full flavor.
Usage tips: let the mushrooms rest at room temperature for a few minutes, just long enough to slice them easily, without letting them thaw completely before cooking. This ensures they retain their full flavor and best texture in your dishes. You can choose to separate the stem from the cap, ideal for roasting the caps in the oven and dicing the stems for another recipe, or simply slice or cube the entire mushroom.
