Ingredients
Vegetables in varying proportions (asparagus 34%, potatoes, onion, garlic), water, olive oil, salt, natural flavorings. May contain traces of gluten, soy, celery, mustard.

Asparagus-based food preparation. Quick-frozen.
Preparation
Cook thoroughly, boiling for at least 5 minutes before eating.
In a pot: pour the frozen product into a pot, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and cook, covered, over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the microwave: pour the frozen product into a microwave-safe container, cover and cook at 850W for approximately 8 minutes, being careful to stir halfway through and at the end of cooking.
Once cooked, let the soup sit for a few minutes to cool down a bit before serving. Top with croutons and a sprinkle of grated cheese, or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for added flavor.
