Broccoli.
Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary. Use the frozen broccoli just like fresh produce, cooking it according to your own recipe.
In a pot: in a pot of boiling, salted water, pour in the product while still frozen and cook over high heat for 7-8 minutes or until the desired degree of tenderness is reached, stirring gently from time to time. Once cooked, drain the broccoli and use it as desired.
