Delicate cauliflower florets, perfectly cleaned and frozen to best preserve all their properties. They are ready to be boiled in water directly from the freezer for a healthy side dish, or to be baked au gratin with béchamel sauce and grated cheese. Cauliflower.
Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary. Use the frozen cauliflower just like fresh produce, cooking it according to your own recipe.
In a pot: in a pot of boiling, salted water, pour in the product while still frozen and cook over high heat for 7-8 minutes or until the desired degree of tenderness is reached, stirring gently from time to time. Once cooked, drain the cauliflower and use it as desired.
