In the frying-pan: empty the contents into a frying-pan with 2 tbsp. of olive oil and 3 tbsp. of water. Cook over medium flame for 4 minutes (at least 158°F – 70°C), stirring occasionally.
In the microwave: empty half a bag (1 serving) in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. of water, then cover and cook for 3 minutes at 750 W (at least 158°F – 70°C).
We recommend tasting before you serve to ensure lentils are fully cooked to your taste.
In a frying pan, brown a clove of garlic in 3 tbsp. of olive oil. Remove the garlic and add 300 g of frozen lentils. Sprinkle with rosemary and cook on a medium heat for 4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
