COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Saucepan: empty contents of bag in saucepan, adding 1 tablespoon of water and cook over moderate flame for approximately 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Microwave: empty contents of bag in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook for 6-7 minutes at 750W.
We recommend tasting before you serve to ensure the product is fully cooked to your taste. If you like, garnish the final dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper.
