Mushroom risotto with porcini

COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Fry-pan: empty contents of bag in a big fry-pan and cook over medium flame for 5-7 minutes (at least 70°C – 158°F), until it is cooked to the desired level, stirring frequently.
Microwave: using a microwave-safe dish cook for 4-5 minutes at 750W (at least 70°C – 158°F), making sure to stir the product after the first couple of minutes.
We recommend tasting before serving to ensure the risotto is fully cooked to your taste. Add a little water during cooking if needed, and if you like, garnish the final dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of grated cheese.
