Ready to serve after 3 minutes in the frying pan or 8 minutes in the oven, they are excellent served as a delicious, wholesome main course. Try them in a vegetarian bread roll accompanied by delicate sauces or with your favourite vegetables.

Rehydrated lentils (57%), sunflower oil, water, red beet (6%), rice starch, vegetable fibre, pea protein, tapioca starch, rehydrated quinoa (2%), olive oil, onion, hemp seeds (1%), natural flavouring, thyme, thickener: carob seed flour, salt. May contain traces of gluten, soy, celery, mustard.

Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.

In the fry-pan: place burgers in a fry-pan and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.

In the oven (preheated to 180°C – 350°F): place the frozen product on a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook for 8 minutes, until golden or the desired texture is achieved.
