Dried mixed mushrooms with porcini - Codena
An aromatic mix of 4 mushroom species, carefully selected by expert mycologists, dried and packaged. Excellent as a base for risotto and pasta dishes, stock and stews as well as in sauces for dressing meat or game.
Mushrooms in varying proportions: [oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), commercial quality porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative group) 10%]. Contains sulfur dioxide.

Product must be rehydrated and cooked before eating.
Rinse the mushrooms gently in cool water, and then soak them in warm water for 20 minutes before using. Once they have softened they are ready to be used in your recipes. For the best yield from your mushrooms, we recommend keeping the water, carefully filtered through cheesecloth or a strainer, and adding it back during cooking.
Before being dried, the mushrooms are carefully cleaned: however, they may contain traces of dirt or other contaminants that the user will make sure to remove before cooking.

To store correctly, keep in a cool, dry place. Once the package is open, place your mushrooms in a hermetically sealed container. For longer periods of time, store the mushrooms in the freezer.
The product will maintain its best qualities if consumed by the date shown on the package. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
