Ingredients
Restructured rehydrated soybean flour 35%, champignon mushrooms 24% (Agaricus bisporus), breadcrumbs (type 0 wheat flour, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour), potatoes, olive oil, water, soybean flour, wheat starch, sunflower oil, porcini mushrooms 4% (Boletus edulis and related group), yeast extract, natural flavor, onion, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, vegetable fiber, garlic, herbs, spices. May contain traces of mustard and celery.

Soy and mushroom food preparation with porcini (4%). Quick-frozen.
Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a frying pan: lay the frozen burgers on a nonstick pan and cook them over medium heat for about 3 minutes total, turning them halfway through cooking.
In the oven (preheated to 180 °C): place the frozen burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 5 minutes or until they reach the desired level of browning.
