Preparation
Quickly rinse frozen strawberries under running water, drain them and use them in your recipes like the fresh product.
Thawing in the refrigerator: in a covered container, let the produce thaw for 4 hours, stirring gently from time to time.
Thawing at room temperature: let thaw for about 90 minutes in a covered container.
Defrost in the microwave (150 g): place the frozen product in a microwave-safe container and heat at 180W for 6 minutes. Let the strawberries rest for a few minutes before using.
