A tasty species of cultivated mushrooms, widely used in oriental cuisine. Their delicate flavor and unique texture make them particularly suitable for preparing soups, sauces and creams. In the frying pan they are ready in just 15 minutes: serve them sautéed as a quick side dish along with polenta, cooked vegetables or meat and fish main courses. Also good to enrich pizzas, focaccias, bruschetta, risottos, and egg pasta.

Nameko mushrooms (Pholiota nameko). May contain traces of gluten, soybeans, celery, mustard.

Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen mushrooms under running water, let them drain and use them in your recipes as you would with fresh mushrooms.

In a frying pan: pour the frozen mushrooms into a pan with a knob of butter and a drizzle of oil. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then lower the heat while continuing to cook. Add salt and pepper to taste, a little hot stock, and complete cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Season to taste with garlic and chopped parsley to bring out full flavor.
