A delicious side dish with autumnal scents featuring mixed mushrooms, including Porcini, grilled potato wedges and Italian extra virgin olive oil.
For the making of this dish, we carefully selected 5 varieties of cultivated and wild mushrooms, paired them with a delicate dressing of oil, garlic, and parsley, and combined them with inviting grilled potatoes. A recipe as simple as it is delicious for a side dish ready to serve in less than ten minutes. Each package contains 2 servings.

Ingredients
Grilled potatoes 60% (potatoes, salt), sautéed mixed mushrooms 35% [mushrooms in varying proportions: nameko mushroom (Pholiota nameko), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), champignon (Agaricus bisporus)], porcini (Boletus edulis and related group) 5%, extra virgin olive oil* 2%, sunflower oil, rice starch, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper. May contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, soybeans, celery, mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In the frying-pan: pour the frozen product into a non-stick pan, add a drizzle of olive oil if desired, and cook over medium heat for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
