Ingredients
Eggplant.
Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a fan-assisted oven: arrange the frozen product on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, preventing the slices from overlapping, and bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
In a frying pan: arrange the frozen product in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, or until desired, taking care to turn the slices occasionally.
In the microwave: place the frozen eggplant slices in a microwave-safe container, cover, and cook for about 2 minutes at 700W.
