A delightful burger with Mediterranean flavors, perfect for creating delicious vegan sandwiches or as a main course.
We prepare our burgers with a simple mixture of chickpeas and breadcrumbs, add cooked chopped eggplant, tomatoes and finish with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of oregano. Tender and tasty, they are perfect along with a fresh salad or inside yummy sandwiches. They are ready in minutes in the pan or oven and are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Each package contains ten 72 g burgers.

Ingredients
Rehydrated chickpeas (dried chickpeas, water, salt), eggplant 36%, tomato 10%, wheat starch, water, sunflower seed oil, breadcrumbs (type 0 wheat flour, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour), beet extract, vegetable fiber, yeast extract, natural flavor (contains soy, celery), thickener: xanthan gum, salt, oregano 0.1%. May contain traces of mustard.

Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In a frying pan: lay the frozen burgers on a nonstick pan and cook them over medium heat for about 6 minutes total, turning them halfway through cooking.
In the oven (preheated to 180 °C): place the frozen burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes until they reach the desired level of browning.
