Ingredients
Red lentils 48%, pumpkin 10%, carrots, millet 4%, oats, celery, onion, vegetable fibre, natural flavouring, high oleic sunflower oil, pea protein, rice starch, tapioca starch, salt, curry (contains mustard), turmeric. May contain traces of soybeans.

Preparation
Cook before eating. No thawing needed.
In a frying pan: heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan. Place the frozen burgers in the pan and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
In the oven (preheated to 200 °C – fan): arrange the frozen burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you’re using a conventional oven, extend the cooking time by another 5 minutes.
In the airfryer: place the frozen burgers in the airfryer basket and cook at 190 °C for about 10 minutes.
