Textured rehydrated SOY flour 35%, champignon mushrooms 24% [Agaricus bisporus], breadcrumbs (type 0 SOFT WHEAT flour, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, yeast, malted WHEAT flour), potato, olive oil, water, SOY flour, WHEAT starch, sunflower oil, porcini mushrooms 4% [Boletus edulis and the relative group], yeast extract, natural flavoring, onion, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, vegetable fibre, garlic, aromatic plants, spices. May contain traces of MUSTARD and CELERY.

COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
In the fry-pan: place burgers in a fry-pan and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
In the oven (preheated to 180°C – 350°F): place burgers on a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook for 5 minutes, or until it is cooked to the desired level.
