Sautéed mixed mushrooms 10.5 oz (300 g)
A versatile Italian-style side dish with 5 types of mushrooms including porcini, olive oil and herb seasoning. Excellent over polenta and steak or as a delicious sauce for crepes and pasta dishes, it adds flavor and texture to any recipe. It’s ready to serve in 5 minutes.
Mushrooms in varying proportions 94% [Nameko (Pholiota nameko), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus), Champignon (Agaricus bisporus), Cep (Boletus edulis and the relative group)]. Sauce 6%: olive oil, sunflower oil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper.
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
Fry-pan: empty the contents into a fry-pan, cover with a lid and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Microwave: cook the frozen product in a microwave-safe dish for 4-5 minutes at 750W, making sure to stir the product after the first couple of minutes.
