Porcini mushroom halves
The wild porcini mushrooms or King Bolete is renowned all over the world for its rich and earthy flavor. It grows naturally in the mountains and hills during Spring through Autumn seasons. Our range of Porcini mushrooms, a precious ingredient to your culinary creations, are selected with passion and knowledge on-site by our expert mycologists. They are cleaned, graded, cut in halves and immediately frozen to preserve the original aroma and taste. These mushrooms can be used as a sophisticated starter with slivers of cheese, as a choice accompaniment to main courses or as a base for risotto and pasta dishes.

COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Use mushrooms as fresh. Give mushrooms a quick rinse and then place in a frying pan with a knob of butter and a little oil. Salt and pepper to taste, cook at moderate heat for approx. 15 minutes or as required. Add garlic and chopped parsley to bring out full flavor.
