Porcini mushroom caps
Porcini mushrooms of the best quality carefully selected by our expert mycologists, cleaned and cut for practical use. They are IQF frozen just a few hours after harvest to preserve the mushroom’s original aroma and taste.
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and the relative group aereus, pinicola, reticulatus).
COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Use mushrooms as fresh. Give mushrooms a quick rinse and then place in a frying pan with a knob of butter and a little oil. Salt and pepper to taste, cook at moderate heat for approximately 20 minutes or as required. Add garlic and chopped parsley to bring out full flavor.
