Organic diced porcini mushrooms
The wild porcini mushrooms or King Bolete is renowned all over the world for its rich and earthy flavour. It grows naturally in the hills during Spring through Autumn seasons. ASIAGO FOOD’s organic porcini mushrooms, a precious ingredient to your culinary creations, are selected with knowledge on-site by expert mycologists. They are cleaned, graded, diced and IQF frozen to preserve the original aroma and taste. A choice of wellbeing in harmony with nature!
Porcini mushrooms* (Boletus edulis and the relative group aereus, pinicola, reticulatus).
COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Use mushrooms as fresh. Give mushrooms a quick rinse and then place in a frying pan with a knob of butter and a little oil. Salt and pepper to taste, cook at moderate heat for approx. 15 minutes or as required. Add garlic and chopped parsley to bring out full flavor.
