COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Use mushrooms as fresh. GIve mushrooms a quick rinse and then place in a frying pan with a knob of butter and a little oil. Stir fry over a high flame for 5 minutes, then reduce the flame for the rest of the cooking time. Salt and pepper to taste, add hot broth and simmer until thoroughly cooked. Add garlic and minced parsley during the last 2 minutes to bring out full flavour.
