Mushrooms in varying proportions 43% [champignon (Agaricus bisporus), nameko (Pholiota nameko), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus), porcino (Boletus edulis and relative group) 3%, slippery jack (Suillus luteus), bay bolete (Imleria badia)], water, vegetables (potato, carrot, onion, celery, leek, garlic), olive oil, sunflower oil, flavorings (dried porcini mushroom 5%, vegetables: onion), pepper.

COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Saucepan: empty contents of bag in saucepan and cook over medium flame for 4-5 minutes (at least 70°C – 158°F), stirring frequently.
Microwave: empty contents of bag in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes at 650W (at least 70°C – 158°F), making sure to stir the product after the first couple of minutes.
We recommend tasting before you serve to ensure the soup is fully cooked to your taste. If you like, garnish the final dish with croutons and a sprinkle of grated cheese.
