Mushrooms in varying proportions [champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), nameko (Pholiota nameko), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), slippery jack (Suillus luteus), porcini 5% (Boletus edulis and related group)].
COOK BEFORE EATING.
Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen mushrooms and cook them using your own recipe as you would for fresh mushrooms.
In the frying pan: put the frozen mushrooms in the frying pan with a drizzle of oil and a knob of butter. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or according to cooking preference. Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to bring out full flavour.
