Diced porcini mushrooms
Porcini mushroom are a key ingredient in traditional Italian cooking. They are the king of wild mushrooms with their intense aroma and unmistakeable taste.
Hand-picked at just the right point, they are expertly prepared to preserve their excellent organoleptic qualities and packaged by hand to bring them to you at their very best. Use to create delicious risottos and pasta dishes, or tasty sauces and elegant side dishes.

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and the relative group aereus, pinicola, reticulatus).
COOK BEFORE EATING. Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen mushrooms and cook them using your own recipe as you would for fresh mushrooms.
In the frying pan: put the frozen mushrooms in the frying pan with a drizzle of oil and a knob of butter. Cook on a high heat initially until all the water has evaporated, then season with salt and pepper and continue cooking on a moderate heat. Add garlic and chopped parsley to bring out full flavour.
