Cream of vegetable soup
A delicious and light first-course dish exclusively made with natural ingredients: the Asiago Food cream of vegetable soup preserves all the properties and the delicate freshness of freshly-picked vegetables.
Vegetables in varying proportions (peas, potato, carrot, cauliflower, tomato, green beans, zucchini, borlotti beans, CELERY, leek, savoy cabbage, spinach, onion, parsley, basil), vegetable stock [water, sea salt, natural flavorings (vegetables; contains CELERY)], olive oil, garlic, basil.
Substances or products causing allergies or intolerances are listed in capital letters on the ingredient list.
Vegetable-based food preparation. Frozen.
COOK BEFORE EATING. THAWING UNNECESSARY.
Saucepan: empty contents of bag in saucepan adding 1-2 tablespoons of water and heat over medium flame for 4-5 minutes (at least 70°C – 158°F), stirring frequently.
Microwave: using a microwave-safe dish heat for 4-5 minutes at 750W (at least 70°C – 158°F), making sure to stir the product after the first couple of minutes.
The product should be tasted before being served to ensure that it is cooked to the desired level. If necessary, add some water during cooking. The soup can be served with croutons and flavoured with grated cheese.
