Aubergine, tomato and oregano Veggie Burger
Veggie burgers with the simple home-made flavour of the Mediterranean to be enjoyed on all occasions.
Ready to serve after 3 minutes in the frying pan or 8 minutes in the oven, they are excellent served as a delicious, wholesome main course. Try them in a vegetarian bread roll accompanied by delicate sauces or with your favourite vegetables.
Rehydrated chickpea, aubergine (27%), tomato (19%), breadcrumbs (type 0 soft wheat flour, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, yeast, malted wheat flour), sunflower oil, wheat starch, water, red chard, vegetal fibre, yeast extract, natural flavoring (contains soy, celery), thickener: xanthan gum, salt, oregano (0,1%). May contain traces of mustard.

Aubergine, tomato and oregano-based food preparation. Frozen.
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In the fry-pan: place burgers in a fry-pan and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
In the oven (preheated to 180°C – 350°F): place the frozen product on a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook for 8 minutes, until golden or the desired texture is achieved.
